Our services

Healing Better, operated by Sharon Louallen (Prada & Skye LLC), offers hypnotherapy, Reiki energy healing, and chakra cleansing, in person in Cincinnati and virtually by secure video. A free consultation is offered to determine fit before booking a paid session.

Hypnotherapy, Reiki energy healing, and chakra cleansing are complementary wellness practices offered for relaxation, self-improvement, and overall wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or care.

• Sharon Louallen and Healing Better do not provide medical or mental-health treatment and do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
• Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
• Our services are intended for adults 18 and older.
• If you have a medical or mental-health condition, please consult a qualified, licensed provider. Do not stop or change any prescribed treatment based on a session.
• Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this.

Booking, payment, and cancellations

Session fees are shown or explained at the time of booking and are due as described during scheduling. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hours notice so the time can be offered to someone else.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to be 18 or older, and to use the Site and our services lawfully and respectfully.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Healing Better or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healing Better, Prada & Skye LLC, and Sharon Louallen are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You participate at your own risk and discretion.

Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or use third-party services (such as scheduling and messaging tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Ohio.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
